While studying sociology, I was recruited by one of the largest discount chains in the world, where I worked as a manager after graduating and started with 6 branches and about 100 employees. Later I was the leader of 400 employees and managed 60 shops across Germany for one of the biggest shoe retailers in Europe. After numerous academic trainings, among others in Postive Psychology by Ph. D. Martin Seligman and the SSLD Model by Dr. Ka Tat Tsang, I now advise not only companies and executives, but also private individuals.
